1、首先准备好白米和燕麦,然后用锅盛装适量的水进行加热。

2、然后将白米淘洗干净,准备好适量的燕麦。

3、待锅内水烧开以后,先将白米倒入锅中,让大米煮开,直到煮到8分熟为止,差不多需要10分钟左右。

4、最后等米煮开以后,差不多熟了,就可以把燕麦倒入锅中和白米一起煮,煮约3-4分钟,即可以食用。食用的时候,可以放些自己喜欢的白糖或者豆奶,奶粉都可以,按自己喜好来即可。
