2、俯卧登山的做法:用爆发力交替腿的位置像原地登山跑一样,先向前迈出右腿弯曲并置于胸部下侧,快速吸一口气后前后腿同时用力在空中互相变换位置,落地后即右腿在后左腿取而代之处于前侧位置,如此循环即可。
