1、两腿伸直,脚掌着地,模仿蛙泳,做收腿、翻、蹬夹的练习,练习时两眼宜注视双腿的动作。

2、模仿蛙泳,收腿、翻、蹬夹的动作,注意该过程的动作路线。慢收腿,边收边分,翻脚要充分,练习中应注意慢收、快蹬、併腿伸直的节奏。

3、以虎口握住练习者两脚掌内侧,协助做收,水中扶板做收、翻、蹬夹腿的练习。翻、蹬夹腿的练习。

4、吸气后上体前倾、手伸直做划水练习,宜注意划臂与唿吸之间的节奏配合。

5、当双臂侧下划至与肩同宽时,开始吐气同时准备抬头。划水结束时头已抬出水面张嘴吸气(此瞬间胸内空气需已全部用力吐尽),两手在颚下掌心斜相对。
