1、平稳血糖:早上一把

早上吃一把花生,有助于平稳一天的血糖,因为花生会减缓碳水化合物的吸收。

2、清血管、保心脏:炒菜换用花生油

炒菜可以换成花生油,或者每餐吃十几颗花生,以保证不饱和脂肪酸的摄入量。

花生中的不饱和脂肪酸可使肝内的胆固醇分解为胆汁酸,促进排泄,从而降低血液中的胆固醇含量,预防动脉粥样硬化。

3、消除反酸:干嚼花生

方法:胃部反酸时,吃5到10颗生花生,能过有效缓解胃酸的情况。
