1、前倾身体:全程保持身体稍微前倾(但不至于跌到),不要弓腰。前倾角度越大,速度越快。

2、S形体姿:跑步时,背部挺直,全程(包括脚踩地时)保持双膝微屈。跑步时,头顶所处的高度应当比平时站立时头顶(距离地面的高度)低2~3英寸(1英寸=2。54厘米)为宜。

3、步幅要小:单脚落地时,应当处于身体下面,而非前面(步伐过大时,前脚会处于身体前面)。记住:步幅越大,身体的平衡感就越差;相反,较小的步幅,双脚接近身体核心部位,才能更好的发力,跑起来也更稳健。
