1、侧身弯腰运动:直立,双腿分开,两臂左右平举,上体前屈,用左手指去碰右脚,右臂自然上举,两腿和两臂都不得弯曲,吸气,然后还原,呼气,再换一方向,重复一次,连做8次;

2、屈腿运动:仰卧位,双臂左右平贴地面,两腿伸直后同时屈膝提起,吸气,使大腿贴近腹部;然后呼气,缓缓还原,重复8次;

3、举腿收腹:主要是发展下腹部肌肉,上身平卧,腿伸直并尽可能抬高,接着再缓慢放下,这一练习做均匀后,双膝弯曲继续做同样的动作,重复8次;

4、坐式屈团身:主要为发展上、下腹部肌肉,伸
