1、从简单的拉伸动作练起,逐渐加强腰部力量。最容易开展的是站立体前屈,就是放松站立着,然后双手十指交叉举过头顶且掌心向上,然后慢慢将上身和手臂往左右向下弯。需要注意的是,前期联系不要逞强而过度往下压,否则锻炼没得好处反而会使腰部受伤,应当循序渐进。

2、略微分开两脚站立,双手举过头顶握住,然后先向左使整个上半身包括手臂弯曲,大约弯曲30至45度即可,然后回到正常再向右弯曲,如此重复即可。初期练习同样不可高强度,不要过分扭转角度,以免造成腰部肌肉拉伤。
