1、水煮青菜可以减肥,因为水煮青菜自身的热量比较低,而且经常吃水煮青菜可以促进肠道蠕动来帮助减肥。

2、原料:新鲜青菜1斤、花生油(适量)干净水(适量)生抽,先将青菜用水冲洗干净、沥干,放在篮子里,锅中加入水烧开后,再放入青菜。煮一分钟捞起,放入盘中排放齐整,将锅清理干净,再在锅中加入适量花生油烧热后,倒入青菜上在加入少许的生抽即可,美味可口又营养的水煮青菜就做好了。
