青鱼焖饭做法窍门

1、用料:青鱼中段500g、?姜料酒若干、大米200g。

2、青鱼洗净,去骨。略抹盐,加料酒腌15分钟,后吹干。

3、锅内加入姜片及油,煎鱼肉鱼骨,并加入料酒,两面煎至微黄。加水煮汤奶白色5分钟,加入盐及胡椒粉。

4、汤里取出鱼肉,过滤鱼骨,代替水煮饭。鱼肉铺在米上。电饭煲开煮即可。
