1、不喝鲜奶喝酸奶,鲜奶经乳酸菌发酵后,大部分乳糖被乳酸菌分解了,可以明显减轻乳糖不耐受者的症状。

2、不要空腹喝奶可以在吃饭时或饭后1小时内喝奶,也可以在喝奶的同时佐以谷类(如馒头、饼干、面包等)或肉蛋类食物。这样可以“稀释”乳糖的浓度,减轻不耐受的症状。
