1、食材准备:橄榄油20克,生抽20克,烧烤粉20克,葱花10克,香菜5克,包浆豆腐300克。

2、锅中加入20克橄榄油,涂抹均匀。

3、中火一分钟后加入300克包浆豆腐,用刷子刷上油。

4、一分钟后翻面,加入20克生抽,盖上盖子焖两分钟。

5、开盖加入20克烧烤粉、10克葱花、5克香菜,再煎一分钟即可。
