1、胸肌软软的就是脂肪含量较多,想练结实点的话需要减脂的同时增加肌肉含量,在饮食方面减少脂肪的摄入,少吃多餐。

2、同时保证蛋白质有充分的供应,尤其训练日的睡前半小时要补充适量蛋白质,健身人群的蛋白质摄入量为每公斤体重2克左右;

3、锻炼方法,初期以每个动作每组15-20次,2-3组,胸部属大肌肉群,那么可以选3-4个动作,总共就要做到8-12组,组间休息在1-1.5分钟,不要操过2分钟。

4、动作推荐:杠铃或哑铃平板卧推,上斜卧推,下斜卧推,哑铃平板飞鸟,上斜飞鸟,坐姿飞鸟夹胸或龙门架站姿拉力器夹胸,哑铃训练能是两侧胸肌均衡发展,但较之杠铃动作控制难度较大;
