胸肌一周锻炼一次即可保证逐渐增大,但是如果锻炼强度足够又不要48小时内再次锻炼。

首先要有一对可调重量的哑铃的,不同的重量针对不同动作,每组数量在做8到12力竭最适合初练者健美增肌。

每组做完休息不超过一分钟,每个动作做完休息不超过2分钟

胸部:哑铃卧推4组

哑铃飞鸟4组

俯卧撑4组(数量20到30个)

一周练2次左右,每次间隔48小时以上
