2、双手臂大臂水平举,伸直,小臂竖直举直,手还是握拳状。保持5分钟,手臂一定要用力,不可以偷懒不举平手臂,否则效果就没有了。

3、双手臂大臂保持不变,小臂竖直向下举,还要用力,这个姿势比较难,举3分钟手臂就会酸酸的,但你要坚持5分钟哦!
