白切鸡蘸料做法

1、盐焗味姜葱。主料是葱和姜,葱30克,姜20克,盐焗鸡粉一勺。做法:姜和葱洗净,姜去皮切末,葱也切成末,少许香菜段也切成末;把姜末、葱、香菜末放进一个碗里拌匀,放盐、白糖、盐焗粉调匀;烧热一汤勺油,趁热浇在碗里,搅拌均匀即可;

2、姜蒜葱味料。姜末、葱末、蒜末、香菜末一勺,酱油两勺,盐一勺、香油少许。做法:所有的碎末放碗里搅拌调匀,淋入烧热的香油;待香味激发后,加入酱油和盐再搅拌均匀即可;

3、葱油味酱汁。葱白30克、麻油、水、盐、鸡粉。做法:葱白切成末,浇上烧热的麻油,激发出香味;加入一勺盐、一勺水、一勺鸡粉拌匀即可;

4、蒜泥味香菜料。蒜泥30克、酱油、醋、麻油、鸡粉。做法:准备一个碗,把蒜末放进去,再倒入酱油、醋、麻油、鸡粉等,搅拌均匀即可;

5、沙姜蒜味料。沙姜末、蒜蓉末1勺,食盐适量,花生油2勺。做法:将沙姜末、蒜蓉调匀,把花生油烧热倒入,待香味飘出后,再拌入食盐即可。
