1、食材:大蒜120克、食用油1碗。

2、大蒜去皮,剁成小颗粒。

3、油锅放油加至五成热,用一点蒜未放进去有小泡即可全部放进去炸

4、用中小火炸,铲子多推动,四周上色较快,所要把四周的往中间推。

5、开始上色了,改小火,注意观察,以免过火,微黄即可。

6、微黄捞起,余温会让颜色深点即可。
