1、准备鸡肉120克,红参(或高丽参)12克,鹿茸32克。

2、取鸡胸肉或鸡腿肉洗净,然后去皮,切成粒状。

3、将人参切成片,把鸡肉、红参、鹿茸等全部材料放入炖盅内,加入开水适量,加盖,隔水慢火炖3小时,汤成可供饮用。
