3、腿部动作练习,通过单个辅助动作练习过渡到原地腿部动作练习再进一步过渡到跑动过程中整套。

4、整套动作练习,通过单个上体姿势练习,摆臂姿势练习,腿部动作练习后过渡到整套动作的练习过程。
