1、用料:

鸡蛋4个、糖70g、牛奶80g、蜂蜜10g、低筋粉240g、泡打粉2g。

2、做法:

(1)鸡蛋4个加糖打发,放入牛奶,蜂蜜,搅匀。

(2)在蛋混合液中加入低筋粉,泡打粉,盐。十字法拌匀。

(3)中火加热平底锅,用勺舀入混合液。待面皮表面起泡,轻轻用铲子推动,小火翻面加热凝固即可。
