1、拉腰背,坐在垫(床)上,两腿前伸,双脚并立,收腹含胸,躯干只管即便前屈,抬头、伸颈,两臂同时前伸,摸到脚为好,做8~12次。

2、悬垂,在单杠上,每天早上起来和晚睡前各练一次。办法:双手正握杠,脚离空中,满身抓紧,腰、髋、腿作悄悄颤动;吊悬20~30秒后,休息30秒再做,2~3次后再做2次。

3、睡前拉伸,晚上睡觉前,做双腿的拉伸运动,充分放松双腿,在床上做伸懒腰的动作,或者做完悬垂运动后,立刻休息,不要给双腿以及躯干有压迫力量!
