1、拉肚子最好吃肉类,瘦肉,鱼,虾最好做得软烂一些,豆类,豆浆豆腐,蔬菜类,含纤维的蔬菜,如去皮胡萝卜,土豆,南瓜,冬瓜,但是要记住一定要做熟了再吃,甜点,点心,饼干,藕粉,蛋糕等。

2、拉肚子的时候有些食物最好别吃,比如各种粗粮,如玉米,坚果,生的蔬菜水果,越拉肚子说要吃一些容易消化的蔬菜,这种想法是错误。一些多纤维的蔬菜,如芹菜,韭菜,豆芽等,吃了反而会加重病情,葱头,生萝卜等容易胀气,也要少吃。水果中则不要吃菠萝,草莓,此外拉肚子时最好别吃油炸食物,在烹调上应多采用蒸,煮,闷等方法。
