1、员工先自我总结考核期内的成绩与不足,接着上级就员工绩效表现做一个总体回顾,并告知其绩效结果。对于员工表现好的方面,要适时鼓励;

2、对于表现不佳的方面,要采取建设性沟通的方式。如果员工对绩效结果有异议,上级要耐心倾听,并就存在争议的问题给出合理答复。紧接着上级和员工要就导致绩效差距的原因进行分析,找出问题所在并共同制定绩效改进计划和符合员工自身实际情况的个人发展计划。
