蒸鱼方法技巧

1、食材:鲈鱼1条、蒸鱼豉油50ml、料酒和蚝油2茶匙、葱段、姜片5g、柠檬1个、盐、油适量。

2、将鱼处理好,鱼肚里塞葱段和姜片,并用盐、柠檬汁和料酒腌制片刻。

3、用蒸鱼豉油和蚝油兑成汁,和鱼一起蒸10分钟。

4、将油烧热后淋在蒸好的鲈鱼表面即可。
