1、煮饭的时候,把淘米水留起来,把扇骨的肉取出来,骨头(留来煲汤),洗净,泡在淘米里15分钟。可去除肉腥味。15分钟后捞起沥干水分。

2、然后把扇骨肉分别加入盐,生抽,姜丝,蒜头,料酒,马蹄粉,搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟,10分钟后才加入油(麻油),搅拌均匀。

3、在锅里加点水,烧开,放上蒸10分钟,最后撒上一点葱花,即可出锅。又嫩又滑的蒸猪肉就做好了。
