榄角鲮鱼蒸腊味

1、材料:鲮鱼1条(1斤左右)、腊肉150克、榄角50克、姜丝10克、葱丝10克,蒸鱼豉油、鱼露、盐、花生油各适量。

2、腊肉切成2厘米厚的段状,上碟备用。

3、鲮鱼宰好洗净,用盐均匀涂上鱼身,上碟,放上榄角,下少许花生油,入蒸炉蒸10分钟(蒸制时间视乎鱼的大小而定),取出,放上姜丝和葱丝,然后淋上熟花生油、蒸鱼豉油和少许鱼露便成。
