3、煎出来的带鱼更嫩:用淀粉煎出来的带鱼的肉质更滑嫩,因为淀粉还能够起到腌制鱼肉的作用,令带鱼肉质变嫩,煎出来更好吃。

4、煎出来更酥脆:用淀粉裹在带鱼外面煎,比面粉更容易起酥皮,吃起来外酥里嫩。
