1、练立定跳远的方法其实是比较简单的,一般情况下是从最简单的深蹲跳开始,两脚开立,与肩同宽。

2、然后加之手臂向上摆动带动身体向上跳。跳起后收腿收腹,之后重复动作进行练习。

3、如果出现落地不稳的话,需要多做近距离的起跳落地动作,手臂的摆动要协调配合。同时在地面设置标志物,双脚主动有意识地踩踏标志物。
