1、高抬腿运动:每天早晨6—8点之间选择充足的时间段做高抬腿运动,每组做30s,之后换另外一条腿,一共重复五组,需要长期坚持。

2、睡前运动:侧躺在床上,身体伸直,把在上方的那条腿拼命抬高,重复动作20次,之后换另外一条腿,一直到大腿感觉酸软为止,坚持1—2个月可见成效。

3、慢跑运动:选择人不多且平坦的路(操场最好),每天坚持慢跑30min以上,注意选择合适自己的速度,速度过快会进行无氧呼吸运动产生腿肌哦,需长期坚持。
