1、食材:玉米100g,鸡胸肉1块,西蓝花80g,圣女果72g,杏仁10g,鸡蛋清1个。

2、将鸡胸肉切成薄片,加入辅料后进行搅拌腌几分钟。

3、准备西兰花与圣女果,圣女果切两半备用,水煮西蓝花、玉米,煮熟后捞出晾凉。

4、锅里喷上橄榄油,把鸡胸肉放进锅里中火煎熟3分钟左右翻面,两面金黄时即可出锅。

5、摆盘后大功告成。
