1、每天必须有荤菜,绿色蔬菜,最好还有菌类和豆制品,隔天吃一次海鱼,一周至少吃一次海藻(如:紫菜,海带)。

2、两餐之间要加少量水果,每次大约200克。以草莓,黄瓜,西红柿,萝卜等可以生吃的蔬菜代替水果更好。

3、每天吃蔬菜加水果量不能少于750克,食用油应控制在20克左右
