如何做腹部肌肉训练

1、训练腹部肌肉,基本在瑜伽垫上完成。训练前建议舒展一下身体,做做简单的热身运动,避免肌肉被拉伤。坐在垫上,先让双手抱住大腿下方,上身往后仰并尽量伸直,然后坐起来圆背,用胸部去够双膝为一组,一次做15组。

2、平躺在垫上,收起双腿并抬高,双手抱住膝盖,往胸部够,然后把双腿平放在垫上为一组。每次做15组。

3、上半身平躺垫上,双腿并拢,双手抱头努力抬起上半身成坐姿做卷腹运动去够膝盖为一组,每次做15组。接着抬高双腿成桌面状,继续做卷腹运动每次15组。做卷腹运动时注意脊柱保持中立,呼吸均匀。
