1、补锌通常是药物补充和食物补充,但是在水果中含锌量普遍很低,奇异果、香蕉、苹果含锌量稍高,含锌量比较多的有豆制品、蛋类、牡蛎、海藻、禽类的肝脏、鱼类、花生等。

2、这些食物中牡蛎的含锌量最多,动物肝脏的含锌量也很高,比如鸡肝、猪肝、羊肝以及红肉类,猪牛羊等红肉。

3、坚果类、花生、核桃含锌量也比较高,药物补锌可以通过葡萄糖酸锌口服液,在补锌的同时要注意避免钙和铁其他营养剂的同时服用。
