1、动作1:两手手掌交叉互握,向上推伸展直到感觉有点紧绷点停住,保持不动。动作中配合呼吸,且停留10秒钟以上。

2、拉筋过程中,腋窝,大腿内侧等会有一定的疼痛感,说明这些部位有筋缩,则相应的筋络不畅。拉筋会使其变得柔软,令脊椎上的错位得以复位的作用。
