1、身体自然站立,双脚与肩同宽,双手各握一个哑铃,慢慢向前弯举,直至与耳同高,停留5秒钟,然后放下,一组练习20个,做三组,每组间休息1分钟。

2、身体自然站立,双脚与肩同宽,左手在胸前向右伸直,右手屈肘,夹住左手腕关节,右手不断用力向后,一组练习10个,做三组,每组间休息1分钟。

3、身体自然站立,双脚与肩同宽,换右手向左伸直,左手屈肘弯曲,夹住右手腕关节,左手不断的用力向后,一组练习10个,做三组,每组间休息1分钟。
