京糕的制作方法

1、将黄瓜、雪梨、分别切丝,将山楂洗净去核取肉放入高压锅压10分钟,琼脂蒸或者熬成浓汁。

2、将压好的山楂倒出加入琼脂、白糖搅拌均匀晾凉,倒入粉碎机中打成汁,放在盒中入冰箱凝固后取出切丝和黄瓜丝、梨丝一起摆盘即可。
