根据中国居民膳食营养推荐每日钙摄入标准,妊娠期每日补钙量为:妊娠早期800毫克,妊娠中期1000毫克,妊娠晚期1000毫克。如果你平时能保证每日喝奶300-500毫升。常吃海鲜产品尤其是虾皮、豆制品等含钙丰富的食物,可以到孕中期再开始吃钙片。如果平时食物中的钙质不足,或者年龄在35岁以上的高龄孕妈妈,可以在孕早期开始补钙。
