用料:面粉200克,植物油80克,细砂糖80克,小苏打2克,泡打粉4克,鸡蛋1个,芝麻少许。步骤:

将植物油加打散的鸡蛋液(留出一点点蛋液,后期刷在表面用)加细砂糖在一个大点的盆里混合均匀;面粉加小苏打加泡打粉混合均匀;把混合均匀的面粉过筛到植物油的混合液中;用刮刀把混合物搅拌成团,加盖醒面10分钟;取一小块面团(25克左右),搓成小 圆球,然后压扁,放入烤盘。在表面刷一层鸡蛋液,上面散上芝麻,放入烤箱烤焙(这个配方的用量可以做16块桃酥);放入烤箱中层,温度180度,烤20分钟。
