1、台阶拉伸,增强跟腱和小腿肌群柔韧性。前脚掌站在台阶的边缘,然后足跟悬空。尽量下沉足跟,然后抬起足跟回到起始位置,反复做此动作。做3组,每组10次。

2、足底收缩,强化足底肌肉和胫骨后肌。站立,脚平踩地面。脚趾使劲下压,足底弓起。放松,反复如此。做3组,每组10次。

3、脚趾外展/内压强化足底骨间肌。把橡皮筋套在脚趾上,放松收拢。再将小块海绵塞在脚趾间,脚趾使劲挤压海绵,放松,反复如此。两个动作各做3组,每组10次。
