踮脚尖的正确姿势

1、踮脚尖,保持身体立正的姿势,两脚并拢,双手放在身体两侧;然后慢慢踮起脚尖,用脚趾紧紧抓住地面,然后将重心从脚尖落到前脚掌,放松身体,最后做自由落体运动,让脚跟轻撞地面,引发柔和的震荡,沿两腿上传到上半身。

2、踮脚尖走路,每次走30~50步,稍稍休息一下,然后根据自己的身体状况再重复几组,速度以感觉舒适轻松为宜。初始练习者可扶墙,熟练后就不用借助外物了。

3、坐着踮脚尖,膝盖与大腿保持水平,可将两个矿泉水瓶或宠物放在大腿上,进行负重练习,每次踮脚尖30~50次,速度可自我调节。
