上臀肌练哪些动作

上臀肌可以练俯卧直腿上摆、站姿直腿上摆、仰卧桥式挺臀等动作。俯卧直腿上摆:双腿绷直尽量向上摆起到最高点时,主动利用臀大肌收缩力量,而不是靠惯性来挺起身体下部分,这样达不到锻炼臀大肌的效果。站姿直腿上摆:背对腿举机站立,做出类似驴踢的动作。踝部系缚拉力器负重,脚后跟处是力点。练习腿稍悬空受力,保持全腿伸直,臀大肌用力后抬腿至能达到的极限,彻底收紧臀大肌约1秒钟,退让性还原。仰卧桥式挺臀:整个动作过程中,保持腹肌处于收缩状态。动作每次之间,放下臀部时不要让其着地,持续保持臀部紧张状态。
