1、将采摘回来的万寿果处理干净,大火隔水蒸30分钟,后放阳光照射处晾晒。

2、将晒好的万寿果再蒸一次,晒3-5天,如此循环,直到万寿果呈现干巴巴的状态。

3、这时候将万寿果放入瓶中,再加入30度以上的白酒,没过万寿果5cm以上,浸泡3个月左右。
