1、负重腓肠肌运动,前后跳跃,受力在前脚掌,要跳的轻盈。

2、或者原地跳绳,单脚双脚都可以,坚持三十组以上。

3、自重腓肠肌运动,双脚分开,平行站立,抬脚跟,重心移到前脚掌,保持身体挺直;自重腓肠肌外八字运动,角尖向外站,这样可以锻炼内侧腓肠肌。
