1、先将豆腐碾碎,猪肉绞成肉碎,猪肉与豆腐比例为2:1;

2、然后放鸡蛋、葱花,搅拌均匀,再加面粉、少许盐,继续搅拌,面粉与豆腐比例为1:1;

3、接着?用手将搅拌物搓成丸子形状装盘,入锅中;

4、隔水蒸15分钟即可。
