焖烧腊鱼制作方法

1、洗好腊鱼和葱,姜蒜切粒,葱切段。

2、锅中放油,小火煎鱼,一面煎至发黄翻过来煎另一面。

3、鱼煎好后,放入姜和蒜,料酒爆香。

4、放入剁椒和老抽,糖;翻炒均匀。

5、加入少量的水,稍焖一会。

6、焖到汤汁快干,放入葱段和鸡精,炒匀,岀锅。
