1、水豆腐500克,盐适量,孜然粉适量。

2、将豆腐切成厚度适中的片状。

3、电饼铛加油预热,将豆腐放入。

4、在豆腐块上面撒些细盐和孜然粉。

5、煎制一面金黄,翻面煎另一面。

6、将豆腐块煎至两面金黄,再次撒些孜然粉装盘即可。
