1、猪腰处理干净,切花刀,腌制去腥,猪腰煮熟盛出,豆芽焯水煮熟,葱姜红尖椒生抽蚝油调味浇在猪腰上即可。

2、猪肚加葱姜料酒大火煮40分钟,取出猪肚加蚝油生抽料酒腌制,然后大火爆炒,加青红椒调味出锅即可。

3、肥肠加料酒煮熟。然后切段,豆腐切块下锅两面煎至金黄,肥肠大火爆炒,加料酒去腥,加青红椒,然后加水调味下豆腐,煮熟即可。

4、猪肝切片浸泡清洗干净,加葱姜蒜泡椒生抽蚝油腌制,然后葱姜加猪肝大火爆炒,加点料酒去腥烧3分钟就行。

5、大肠清洗干净,切开用醋浸泡一小时然后焯水。葱姜红尖椒加大肠爆炒,加高度白酒去腥倒入蚝油生抽老抽胡椒粉爆炒出锅。
