青蛾汤的做法

1、锅烧开水,放入龙骨肉焯烫去血水,捞起过凉。

2、青蛾事先用淡盐水浸泡吐泥沙、胡萝卜去皮切滚刀状。

3、将以上处理过的材料放入盆中,加一小片姜片,加入适量的水。

4、放入电压力锅中,底部加入水,摆上垫子将肉汤放上,按“蹄筋”键,40分钟即可。
