舞蹈中应该使用俯卧法、跪下腰、涮腰、站下腰的方法来训练腰部;训练腰部可以使舞蹈姿态更加优美,舞蹈动作更加舒展;而且练习下腰时要注意避免受伤,循序渐进。

练习腰后需要做腰部缓冲,臂部坐于双脚、前屈、胸部找膝盖,手放到腰上轻拍,这样可以使腰部得到调节,不易拉伤。
