1、负重体旋转(Weighted Twist)也是锻炼腹外斜肌的一种有效办法,健身房一般都有相应的器械能做类似体旋转动作,如果没有简单的杠铃就能完成。

2、动作要领:站立,将杠铃放在肩上,双手扶住杠铃保持平衡。通过侧腰地来使身体左右转动,转动幅度约为45度,动作在最末端需要制动。自然呼吸,不要憋气。
