2、俄罗斯转体抬双脚,身体成一个v字,在地面上将腿打直,膝盖弯曲,双手握拳左右移动。

3、侧支撑顶髋,侧支撑,手肘与肩平直垂直于地面,将身体撑起,上侧脚放前侧,再将手臂全部放下,但不可完全贴于地面,撑起,全过程需眼睛朝前看。
